| Job Description: |
St. Charles Community College is seeking a Director of Facilities and Construction.
Responsibilities include construction project management, budget administration, procurement and management of activities related to the operation and repair of campus facilities, grounds, and housekeeping. The successful candidate will be an effective communicator, committed to customer service, comfortable multi-tasking and very organized.
A qualified applicant must have five years relevant full-time experience in maintenance, housekeeping, and grounds and a minimum of one year supervisory experience. Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field preferred or technical certifications and two years additional work experience.
