| Job Description: |
We are currently seeking a proven leader to successfully grow and manage our Construction Services division. Ideal candidate has 10+ years experience in construction, including a proven track record in growing a company or corporate division with P&L responsibility. This key position is a leadership role accountable for the success of all projects and reports to and works closely with the President/CEO to meet company’s goals & objectives.
Responsible for business development & planning; development, review & improvement of systems, processes and procedures; financial budgeting; talent recruitment; management, education and development of construction professionals, office staff and field personnel.
Significant experience in federal government contracting or commercial construction of diverse property types is highly desirable. Familiarity with real estate development a plus. Salary up to $100K, commensurate with experience.
Requirements:
• BA/BS in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or equivalent; MS/MBA preferred
• Proven experience in technical & cost proposal writing
• Proficient in MS Office, construction and estimating software
• Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, verbal & written communication skills
• Excellent talent & business development leads
• LEED certification a big plus
